This week’s Otley and Yeadon Planning Applications.

This week’s applications include two substantial ones in Otley.

The East of Otley development proposes up to 700 units, an East of Otley Relief Road, a two form Primary school and 5 hectares of employment land.

Otley Rugby Union Football Club have submitted an application for the demolition of the ground at Cross Green and the building of a Retirement care village consisting of 73 units & 16 bungalows.

This would then facilitate the rugby club applying for a new purpose built ground in the greenbelt by Old Otliensians down to the east of the new relief road.
